Our Philosophy....

Coastal Staff Relief believes people function, rehabilitate or recover best when they live in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. The sights, sounds, smells and memories all contribute to a calmer mood that enhances well-being and promotes better health.

We think that a comprehensive offering of personal care and home-based services allow the elderly, chronically ill or the disabled to remain in-home therefore helping to maintain their dignity, comfort level and independence.

Coastal Staff Relief also believes in practicing ethical treatment of every client or client family member in accordance with accepted standards of care. It is and always has been our goal to treat all clients and their families with courtesy, compassion and dignity, while recognizing and honoring their rights to privacy and confidentiality. We require all of our office staff, caregivers, and management to fully familiarize themselves with the rights of our clients, and conduct and carry themselves at all times in a manner consistent with these rights. In addition, all agency staff and independent contractors involved in the delivery of client services shall attend periodic in-service training sessions so they will remain at the forefront of qualified and educated providers.
